Everyone is asking where my fire is from, it’s absolutely STUNNING. So many features, it gives out a good heat. Absolutely love the colours you can choose and to top it off it comes with LED side lights which you don’t get with a lot of other fires. I love this extra feature. This fire is well worth the money as there’s others ranging from 2k upwards. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thank you.

What an amazing company and team. I had an issue with my electric fire. Rob the owner has dealt and fixed my issue within a week even though am 100miles away. The call team to the engineer are all amazing. Anyone having issues don't delay call now and ask for Rob he will 110% adress and fix your issues rapidly. I would highly recommend to anybody having issues with their electric fire. I would definitely call again if I have problems in the near future.
