Purchased the fire and I’m very happy with their customer service, Delivery arrived in 2 days from placing the order. Spoke to jacob and others from the team who were pleasant and friendly. Everyone is asking where my fire is from, it’s absolutely STUNNING. So many features, it gives out a good heat. Absolutely love the colours you can choose and to top it off it comes with LED side lights which you don’t get with a lot of other fires. I love this extra feature. This fire is well worth the money as there’s others ranging from 2k upwards. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thank you.

Looked at 3 different places for a feature fire for our media wall and this one stood out from the others with their welcome and knowledge of what they are selling. The young gentleman that dealt with us also added a two year guarantee to the 60" fire that we purchased saying he had every confidence in the products they sell. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for your fire. You won't be disappointed our fire looks brilliant now it has been installed.

What an amazing company and team. I had an issue with my electric fire. Rob the owner has dealt and fixed my issue within a week even though am 100miles away. The call team to the engineer are all amazing. Anyone having issues don't delay call now and ask for Rob he will 110% adress and fix your issues rapidly. I would highly recommend to anybody having issues with their electric fire. I would definitely call again if I have problems in the near future.
