Our promise to you is that if you find the same product from our website marked as “WE WILL BEAT THE PRICE OF ANY OTHER ONLINE RETAILER” on offer at a lower price by one of our competitors, we’ll beat that price.

If you find an identical product at a lower price at one of our UK based competitors, we will beat that price when you buy.

If you have found a better price with one of our competitors (either online or in one of their stores), you can contact our customer services team on 01704 790001. In order for us to verify the price, simply provide details of the product, where the product is being advertised at a lower price and proof showing the price at which it is being offered for sale. The more information you can provide, the easier it will be for us to verify your price challenge and get you the best price possible!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The product in question must be new, identical in style, specification, size and colour, and offered on the same terms.
• Our Price Promise can be claimed against any competitor in the mainland UK, including UK websites
• The competitor store or website must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery.
• We must also have the product in question in stock.
• Typographical errors shall not apply.
• We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor to our satisfaction.
• The price being matched must include all taxes (including VAT), postage and packing charges as applicable.
• All Price Promise transactions are carried out at the discretion of Firefly Direct.
• We reserve the right to withdraw this Price Promise at any time.
